Hotel Nouvel - Barcelona

Perfect place to stay with excellent location easy to walk lots of the main shopping areas and fresh food. Triple room with balcony. Bonus point for a balcony and a safe box.

Breakfast was dull and unappetising

Our room was spacious, even the bathroom was very large and clean. The location is perfect just a few metres away from La Ramblas. No problem to sleep at night cause we heard no noises! The staff were really fantastic especially receptionist Virginia.

All I can say is taht the shower water was not constant, I mean some times it get cold and sometimes get a bit hotter but it was not a mayor concern for us.

The staff at the Hotel Nouvel are outstanding, and all spoke excellent English. The hotel is in a great location at the top of Las Ramblas. It's close to great shopping, restaurants, and the Metro. We will certainly stay there in future visits to Barcelona.

The staff was wonderful and put me at ease about traveling with my family. Very comfortable...! great location beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms and great showers... look forward to staying at this hotel again.

1) Thought there would be wi-fi computer in lobby. 2) Not very confortable bed. 3)Had to leave a 20 euro deposit for the tv remote. 4)No washclothes. 5)No tissues.

Location, location,location!

The bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable - so hard, like sleeping on the floor - and we normally sleep on a hard bed! Also pillows really thin and lumpy.

great location but peculiar breakfast process

The room was very quiet for a restful sleep, a crucial detail for any traveler. I appreciated the classic Spanish boutique style of the lobby.

The breakfast dining process was peculiar.

Modest, new-fashioned unit with 2 single beds, and knowledgeable staff. 20 km from Barcelona-El Prat airport.

The location is perfect for a city break, very central and close to restaurants (in walking distance of near enough everything!) The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and offer discount on certain attractions such as the football stadium.

Can sometimes hear noise from the other rooms and the corridors, such as a shower running. Really nothing else negative to say!

This hotel boasts a fantastic location near La Rambla and Plaza Catalunya. Rooms are spacious and decorated like a mansion. Breakfast options are limited, so finding nearby cafes is a good idea.
